Beautiology began more than a decade ago as a dream at a dining room table. With nothing more than one facial table, a makeup chair, and a deep belief that luxury skincare could also feel like home, founder Marchelle Charles opened the doors to what would become a thriving beauty sanctuary in Mineola, NY.

The journey wasn’t without challenges. Building a small business meant long nights, early mornings, hard lessons, and moments of uncertainty. But through perseverance—and the unwavering support of clients, mentors, and team members—Beautiology grew into a trusted destination for corrective skincare, advanced treatments, and personalized self-care experiences.

As a Black woman-owned business, Marchelle has had to advocate louder, stand taller, and educate more than she ever imagined. Yet, through every obstacle, her mission has remained constant: to honor each client’s skin, story, and time.
