The long time desire to start his own company, along with the feeling that the clients were not getting the personal attention and service they deserved, made him realize that being a partner in a national firm was not what he wanted. So he started his own firm in Massapequa, NY. After many years in the Massapequa location, Mr. Cohen’s firm had grown. His clients spanned Long Island from East Hampton to Manhattan and throughout the Tri-State area and as well as in many other states. Howard decided in 1996 to open a second location in Miller Place, NY and a few years later moved the whole company into the town of Miller Place NY.
